As a subscriber to our email alerts, we may contact you from time to time to ask for your feedback on how to improve our email alert service.

We will continue to send you email newsletters and details of upcoming projects until you tell us not to or use the unsubscribe option on any of our emails.

Keeping your information secure

How long do we keep your information

If you subscribe to our main database we will keep your information until you unsubscribe, which is usually instant but can take up to 14 days. For individual projects or competitions we keep your information for up to 6 to 12 weeks after the project or competition has closed. 12 weeks being the longest we hold your information for.

Your rights

The right to be informed, the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling.

You can find out what information we hold about you and ask us not to use any of the information we collect, unless we have a lawful bias or legitimate business interest to need to do so.
