Danielle Francis
Founder & Operations Director
Danielle has 23 years experience in recruitment, field marketing, events and training. A perfectionist but realist, drives changes and evolution within the team. Spreads happy yoga vibes throughout the office. Ensures the team have all the skills, knowledge and support they need to provide clients and respondents with a well communicated, timely, cost effective solution from start to finish with a quality assured end result.

Joanne Smithson
Qualitative Researcher & Moderator
Joanne, our in-house qualitative specialist, provides expert moderation, analysis and report writing. She is an experienced researcher, working across a wide range of market sectors and with both consumer and B2B respondents. She approaches each project with fresh thinking, using a mix of qualitative methodologies and techniques to ensure the research is carried out thoughtfully and creatively. Her aim is always to be attentive to our clients’ needs and objectives and to provide them with detailed answers and clear direction.

Arsalan has over 10 years experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection at senior level. With a degree in History from Queen Mary University, he has a keen interest for research in all it's forms. Arsalan is very passionate about people and business.
Barbara Doughty
Researcher
After completing here Psychology degree Barbs initially managed a busy bar for two years before joining Summit Studios where she worked as a Senior Project Manager for 5 years where she also gained experience and training in Research. Now part of our research and interviewing team.
Kiri Francis
Project Assistant
Kiri is usually busy working alongside the team supporting in recruitment, mystery shops, product packing, collections and deliveries. He is a very friendly face greeting respondents and clients alike. Kiri would win a talking competition and is why respondents love him for making them feel totally at ease before groups.
Kerry Lambert
Project Assistant
Kerry gives the team vital admin and co-ordination support as well as spreading her high energy and warmth amongst the team!
